Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl add the seasonings with the olive oil. Mix until it resembles a paste.
  • Pour the seasoning paste over the pork tenderloin in a ziplock bag, massaging the paste into the entire surface of the tenderloin. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
  • When ready to cook remove from the refrigerator. Start the grill and set the heat to 350 degrees. Cook the tenderloin for about 10 minutes and then flip, cooking another 10 minutes, or until the thermometer reads 140 degrees. Remove from the grill and rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
